Make all checks payable to: Parker-Kaufman, Realtors, P.O. Box 13126, Jekyll Island, GA 31527-0126. In the event of cancellation, deposit cannot be refunded if the cottage is not re-rented. Deposits may be placed in an interest bearing account by Parker-Kaufman and any earned interest retained by Parker-Kaufman to cover administrative expenses. If the payment is by credit card, the undersigned agrees to adhere to the polices of the card issuer.

Linens are not furnished with the rental cottages.
You may bring your own or you may rent them through Parker-Kaufman's
office provided we receive your order at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
